Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. The service
Codestage is a platform for watching and sharing software being built in public. Users may stream their work, preview running apps, chat with creators, and fork approved project versions.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for the content you publish. Keep your credentials safe. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that display abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
3. Content you publish
You keep ownership of your content. By publishing content publicly on Codestage you grant us permission to display it, transmit it, and operate it as part of the service. Public projects may be forked by other users as the service intends.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Codestage to do anything unlawful or harmful: no malware, phishing, spam, harassment, or content that infringes others' rights. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access accounts you don't own. Anyone may be reported via the in-app report flow.
5. Availability
We run on the Fly.io free tier; the service may occasionally be cold-started or briefly unavailable. We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codestage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
